            Oil & Gas Transmission Plant

            We are specialized in design, supply and contracting of tube, bar, profile manufacturing equipment and oil and gas transmission equipment. We have established long-term cooperation relationship with some well-known enterprises both in China and abroad, as well as some research institutes and universities. With years of efforts, we gain great reputations in China and our products are also exported abroad, such as America, India, Iran and Mexico etc. We have supplied around 10 heat treatment lines, over 30 sets of quenching devices, 30 pipe end upsetting lines and 80 sets of hydrostatic testing machine.

            Pipe-end upsetting machine

            Sino-heavymach has developed 1000/500T, 800/400T and 500/250T upsetting lines etc., for the production of oil tubes and integral heavy weight drill pipes. More than 50 equipment have been supplied to major steel mills in China, India, the US, etc.

            Upsetting machines developed by Sino-heavymach include 1000/500T Pipe-end upsetting line for oil tube and drill pipe, 800/400T Pipe-end upsetting line for oil tube and drill pipe, 500/250T Pipe-end upsetting line for oil tube, etc.

            Inside-outside tube quenching apparatus

            The apparatus adopts an outside-rotary-inside quenching process for the whole tubes. A tube is placed on supporting wheels of the rotary device and spins quickly while receiving quenching treatment from outside and inside. The apparatus developed by Sino-heavymach enables satisfactory hardenability and high percentage of martensite after quenching. More than 40 equipment have been supplied to major steel mills in China, India, Egypt, the US, etc.

            Submerged in-tank rotary quenching apparatus

            Quenching the whole tubes with the process of “rotation, inside spray and submerged quenching”, the apparatus is applied to quenching of heavy wall and big diameter tubes. The process has obtained China’s Invention Patent, and core technologies of the production line has independent IPR. Internationally advanced, it has met the urgent need of high performance heavy wall tubes for high pressure boiler, automobile, petroleum, etc.

            High pressure hydraulic tube testing machine

            As essential equipment for quality test of OCTG, line pipes, boiler tubes, etc., the equipment developed by Sino-heavymach keeps high performance and has reached the international level. More than 80 equipment have been supplied to major steel mills in China, India, the US, etc.

            The structure could be top/bottom feed, single/double tube testing, etc., and the max pressure can reach 200Mpa. Our design could be tailored to special needs.

            Pipe drifter

            As one of the indispensable test equipment in pipe processing lines, a pipe drifter tests whether the drift diameter fits the API standard. Drifters developed by Sino-heavymach have two types, mechanical and pneumatic. Well received by customers for techniques and performance, more than 50 equipment have been supplied to major steel mills in China, the US, Mexico, India, etc.

            Full length pipe expanding machine

            By rectifying the deformation of pipes caused by welding, the equipment makes the ovality and straightness reach the required dimensional accuracy, reduces or eliminates Bauschinger effect during fabrication, improves yield strength, and eliminates residual stress at forming and welding pps. The equipment developed by Sino-heavymach has two types, mechanical and hydraulic.

            Bimetal composite pipe hydroforming device

            The device makes the anticorrosion thin-wall alloy pipe adhere tightly to the outer layer of heavy wall carbon steel pipe by hydraulic pressure. Bimetal pipes thus produced possess both satisfactory mechanical strength and high corrosion-resisting property. Notable features of our machine are: (1) evenly distributed pressure, easy to control; (2) no scratch or damage on the internal surface, and no work hardening phenomenon; (3) high level precision and automation; (4) convenient for mass production; (5) small investment, energy-saving, low cost.
